5 adults, 1 toddler, 4dogs and 1 RV
As most of you know these days we take most of our family trips in the RV. For us it is a very cost effect way to travel. All together we have 4 dogs, which can be alot to travel with, A toddler which requires alot of things and 5 adults would need more then 1 car to get from point A to point B. RV travel suits us well. I thought I would share how we all travel.

We have had great adventures in the RV. It is a fabulous way for a large family to travel. It can be a little tight once everyone pulls out all there stuff, but we have a great time not only in the destination but also the adventure it takes to get there. Maybe next time i'll photograph our sleeping arrangements!!!
It's a good trip when Makayla naps!
The puppies love to travel in there crate

Birthday weekend at Disney
As most of you know Birthdays are a big thing in this family. And me turning 29 was no different. However this year I was not excited about getting another year older. We decided to go to Disney and get use out of of passes since they are about to be blocked out for a few months. We left late on a Friday evening and drove up in the RV and got settled in. For my actual birthday May 1st we decided to go to Magic Kingdom. It was so hot that we went and let Makayla ride a few rides and see the princesses and we left to go back and relax. That night we went to the Hoop-dee-doo Revue. It is a dinner show they put on at the camp ground. It was fun but a little long for Makayla interest but it was a good time. Sunday Steve, Grandpa, Makayla and I relaxed at the pool and played at the beach, while Grandmom, and Nenny enjoyed the roller coasters at Epcot.

Thank you for checking in.... until next time!
One of the nice things about going to a place like Disney is there is something to make everyone happy! We grilled out Sunday night and then went to see Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios If you get the chance you have to see this show! It is one of there best productions, Makayla loved it because it has all the Villains and those her are favorite right now. It was a great weekend. I can't thank my family enough for spending the weekend with me and making turning 29 not so bad!
Enjoy all the pictures!

Heading to Magic Kingdom
Waiting in line for the princesses
She loved them this time!
Sleeping Beauty
Saying "CHEEESSSEEE" with Rella
I think she was most excited to see Belle
but she kept asking where the Beast was.
She got to meet her all time favorite Snow White.
She asked her all about the Witch and Dorfs and where the apple was. She was so excited and happy to see Snow White. That is her favorite movie right now and she can tell you the whole story which I am trying to get on video, but she is a little camera shy.
I have never seen her so shocked and excited all at the same time. it brings me such joy to be able to give her these experiences.
Waiting for the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue to start
Playing with the spoons on the wash board was her favorite part of the show!
Diving right in to her cupcake
Family picture enjoying my birthday evening.

Makayla REALLY wanted to pose with her new Snow White and Witch doll!

Thanksgiving Weekend part II (Thanksgiving day)
The first night was let's just say MISERABLE! Makayla did not want to sleep. She decided it was play time. I mean why not? She had her Mom, Dad, and Nenny all in the same room with her, she was in a Pack N Play (P-N-P) she could very easily get out of and we were on vacation who needs sleep right! WRONG.

(side note Makayla slept perfectly the rest of the nights so we got to stay all 4 days!!!!!)
Makayla fell asleep around midnight laying in bed with Steve and I and watching Nemo so I slipped her in her P-N-P. When she woke up at 3:00 AM she freaked out. She didn't know where she was and she kept screaming "NEMO NEMO" so in hopes that she would fall back asleep we turned it on....NOPE no sleep, she watched the whole thing. She finally fell asleep at 6:00am and was back up at 8:00am. Needless to say Steve and I and Nenny were not ready to get up. Since my Mom and Kevin have a bedroom with a door they didn't hear to much of her screaming. So they got up with her and spent the morning exploring the camp grounds, fishing, and playing on the beach, before our 2:00pm Thanksgiving meal reservations!
This is her on the fishing pier. (how cute is this outfit? I love it)
Running around burning off steam.

Oh look who got out of bed..Me finally! See me in the background?
M and I playing in the sand
Makayla finally napped around 1:00 when we took her on a LONG car ride. Then we got dress in our nice Thanksgiving attire and walked across the street for Thanksgiving.... It was so nice not to have to cook, clean, prepare and stress over the meal. We all sat down and let someone else do all the work. ( I forgot the camera by the way...sorry) We had a wonderful afternoon just hanging out with the family....after dinner we played on the beach for a bit went on a walk and just relaxed all in all it was a beautiful day. I am so THANKFUL I had this time to spend with my family, I couldn't ask for more!
Steve, Jenn, Mom and I ended the night with a glass of wine some fancy chocolates we had bought the day before and a game of mexican train...
Makayla and Grandpa ended the day with a glass of milk, cookies and a movie...
Neither of them lasted very long!!!!

Camping..or so they call it.
Remember to click on the photo to see all of the pictures from our trip |
This past weekend we took a little camping get away with Grandmom and Grandpa. We went up to Homasassa which is about an hour away. We had a wonderful, quite, and relaxing weekend. We didn't do much but had a lot of fun. I let Makayla pretty much do whatever made her happy. We went on lots of walks around the camp ground, played in the dirt, ate yogurt and GIANT cheese balls, grilled hot dogs, watched the rain, made redneck toys, and spent lots of fun times together. Makayla is starting to let go and take a step or two at a time. I don't think it will be long before she gets her balance and is off and running.
